Job Title: Bilingual Finish Room Manager (English/Spanish) - $75,000 annually

Pay Range: $75,000 Annually

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finish Room Manager to lead and oversee all operations within the Finish Room. This role is responsible for supervising a team of approximately 25+ employees while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily operations of the Finish Room, ensuring production schedules are met on time
• Oversee workflow and maintain proper sequencing of parts throughout the finishing process
• Monitor all areas of the department to ensure team members are properly trained and performing their duties effectively
• Ensure all finishing equipment is operating efficiently and address maintenance needs proactively
• Verify proper spraying, staining, and handling of parts, including rush orders and replacement items
• Communicate with leadership regarding labor, scheduling, quality, or supply concerns
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot equipment or material issues and improve processes
• Train, develop, and support team members to enhance performance and productivity
• Monitor usage of finishing materials and supplies
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards
• Maintain a “zero defects” mindset to ensure high product quality
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the department
• Manage multiple projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of management experience supervising teams of 20+ employees, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of:

• Lean manufacturing principles
• Problem-solving techniques
• Finishing processes (painting, spraying, staining)
• Finishing equipment, coatings, and materials
• Wood species and cabinet components (doors, drawer fronts, etc.)
• Basic barcode systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
