About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Corporate Development to lead the identification, development, and execution of strategic transactions that will drive the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be a seasoned dealmaker with a proven track record in M&A and strategic partnerships, capable of shaping and pressure-testing strategic opportunities. This role demands a proactive relationship builder who can bring the outside market in, and a strategic storyteller who can translate insights into actionable recommendations. The VP will work closely with the CEO and executive team, operating across the full transaction lifecycle, and will be instrumental in strengthening the company's market positioning and enterprise value. Candidates for this role at The Company should be commercially minded, with the ability to connect product strategy, market dynamics, and financial outcomes to enterprise value. Experience in digital, marketplace, subscription, B2C, B2B, or multi-channel business models is strongly preferred, as is a background in AI or a deep understanding of how emerging technology can influence business and market positioning. The ideal candidate will be energized by fast-moving, founder-led environments, and be comfortable operating in a lean, agile manner.
