CDL A Drivers – Run Dedicated Home Weekly Earning $113K+/Yr (Full Time) • Types of Jobs: OTR Van Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable Class A experience in the last three years are looking for a guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year. Urine test only. These deliveries are 100% touch – freight is preloaded and the trailer is hook and go. A driver’s average pay is $2,190 per week with deliveries running the Northeast. Drivers will pick up loads at the DC just outside of Rome, NY. Trailers are preloaded, and drivers will hook and go. Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day and then $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers average about 900‑1,200 miles per week and complete three loads. Drivers make between 2‑4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver putting boxes that weigh between 1‑35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck. When the driver takes their 34‑hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When their week starts, they finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load. Training is generally 3‑5 days and is paid at $215 per day. After training drivers will be assigned their truck and can have a rider and pet ride along. Full benefits will start after 60 days and will include: Medical Vision PTO 401K with Matching Job Requirements Must live in any of the following states; however do not hire in the Bors or Long Island: NY, CT, MD, MA and RI. Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional or OTR. CDL must be in the state of current residence when you apply. May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years. May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which you may not have in the last three years: None with a major traffic violation Preventable rear end No rollovers Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. Company goes off what employer states on the verification. You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+ points Reckless driving Following too closely Texting or using handheld device This is only for personal vehicle.
