Job Overview Seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a rural health clinic in Northeastern California. The Mid-level Provider is responsible for assessment, medical case management, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and referral of clinic patients. Job Details Outpatient only 25‑bed critical access hospital Clinic patients per day = 18 – 20 Great specialist support both on‑site and remote 24/7 physician‑staffed ED Full medical/dental/vision coverage Relocation and loan repayment available $70.55 – $100.59 / hour *** $25,000.00 sign‑on bonus offered *** We offer a $1,500 per month housing stipend during the first three months of employment for individuals who do not currently have housing within 35 miles of the hospital and need to relocate. Required Education and Licensure Graduate of a nurse practitioner program that meets standards of the Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) in California or a graduate from a physician assistant program that meets standards of the Physician Assistant Committee of the Medical Board of California. Licensed in California. Current CPR certification. Required Experience Graduation from a nurse practitioner program which meets the standards of the California BRN or physician assistant program that meets the standards of the Physician Assistant Committee of the Medical Board of California and completion of training consistent with the procedures to be performed.
