Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in school settings required
• References from three professional sources must be available prior to interviewing
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students, with a preference for those skilled with elementary grades
• New Hampshire paraprofessional certification is a significant plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and adaptability when supporting students and collaborating with educators

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students throughout the school day
• Implement teacher-developed lesson plans and instructional activities under guidance from certified staff
• Foster a supportive, positive environment for children with diverse learning needs
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback to teachers
• Assist with classroom management, organization, and maintaining a safe and inclusive atmosphere
