This full-time position (32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday) focuses primarily on elementary caseloads, with some involvement at the middle school level as well. Ideal candidates bring prior experience working as a paraprofessional, especially within school settings. You’ll play an essential role collaborating with teachers, delivering individualized assistance, and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a school paraprofessional required
• Ability to provide three professional references prior to interviewing
• Middle school and elementary experience; elementary caseloads prioritized
• New Hampshire paraprofessional certification preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom assistance to students and teachers
• Support students with academic tasks, social skills, and behavioral needs
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and modifications as needed
• Foster a welcoming, encouraging environment for diverse learners
• Help monitor student progress and communicate observations to the educational team

This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate of $43, providing both rewarding work and attractive compensation for your expertise.
