This casual position offers the flexibility to tailor your schedule, giving you the ability to balance work with your personal commitments while continuing to make a meaningful impact.Responsibilities:Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and Relationship-Based Care to create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environmentDevelop and implement individualized care plans that address clinical, psychological, social, and safety needsCommunicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality careBuild strong, compassionate relationships with patients and families to support recovery and positive outcomesParticipate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to enhancing patient safety, satisfaction, and care deliveryCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and colleagues to provide holistic behavioral health careEducate patients and families to support understanding of treatment plans and transitions of careSupport a positive team environment through accountability, flexibility, and collaborationEngage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementAdapt to changing unit needs while maintaining a commitment to excellent patient careQualifications:Minimum 1 year experience.BSN preferred.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hireRegistered Nurse (RN)Act 34*Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
