Regional Business Manager (South Central) - JJMT Neurovascular

Johnson & Johnson

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead field-based sales operations across the South Central territory, overseeing territory managers and driving revenue objectives for neurovascular medical devices used in stroke treatment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage field-based territory manager team to meet sales objectives
Ensure direct reports perform duties professionally and maintain customer relationships
Collaborate with National Sales Director, training, and marketing to equip sales team
Partner with employees on professional development plans and performance accountability
Engage key customers to drive portfolio-wide product sales

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific field
At least 7 years of outside medical device sales experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to achieve sales goals in commission-driven environment
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
People management experience preferred
Experience selling physician preference products or disruptive technologies preferred
