Our client is a well-established plaintiff-side law firm seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured workers and wants to join a respected practice with a strong support structure and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct client consultations and case evaluations
• Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Attend arbitrations, hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar
• Experience handling workers' compensation matters preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $180,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
