Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Missouri required
• Previous experience serving pediatric or school-based populations, particularly early childhood or PreK, is highly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working closely with school staff, educators, and families
• Compliance with district credentialing, including fingerprinting (with TCN submission) and completion of required technology documentation
• Reliable transportation to travel between two assigned school sites in the St. Louis and Jennings areas

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services to address students’ motor and functional needs within the Early Childhood Program
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to tailor interventions and track progress
• Document student performance and maintain thorough logs as per district and legal requirements
• Contribute to IEP meetings, goal-setting, and multidisciplinary evaluations
• Adapt interventions to meet the evolving needs of students and participate in team problem-solving
