We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to provide impactful services across two subdistricts for the upcoming academic year. This on-site role is ideal for professionals who thrive working with youth across varying educational settings.

This assignment offers a unique opportunity: begin by providing coverage for a vacancy in one subdistrict through mid-October, then transition to cover a 12-week FMLA leave in a neighboring district, supporting K-12 students as their needs evolve. The schedule consists of 37.5 hours per week, with the number of assigned campuses to be determined.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
• Schools-based experience or similar pediatric therapy background preferred
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new educational settings and engage with a diverse student population
• Ability to meet time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting and completion of a technology compliance form
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions for students identified with varying needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans in coordination with special education teams and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, IEP development, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Comply with district policies, documentation, and technology usage requirements
• Transition smoothly between assigned schools, ensuring continuity of care and consistent support
