Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Missouri Physical Therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and encouraging environment for young children

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and deliver physical therapy services to PreK students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals in coordination with educational staff
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Monitor progress, update documentation, and adjust plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
• Educate staff and caregivers on interventions and adaptive strategies
• Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere for children with diverse needs
