Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist license for Missouri
• Experience delivering school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school locations within the district
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to complete time-sensitive credentialing, such as fingerprinting and technology agreement forms

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students at three school sites within the district
• Collaborate with IEP teams and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments to determine needs and monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Support students in reaching their fullest potential through evidence-based interventions
