We are looking for a skilled Technologist to join our team.The Perks:Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500 for qualified ARRT (MR) candidates.Competitive Pay: $35.00 – $50.00/hour (based on experience).Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (No weekends).Environment: A supportive, patient-focused department with a cohesive and friendly team atmosphere.Your Impact (A Day in the Life):Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality MRI procedures following physician protocols and safety standards.Patient Advocacy: Guide patients through the process—screening for contraindications (implants/pacemakers), explaining the procedure, and ensuring comfort from start to finish.Safety First: Administer contrast media when necessary, monitor for reactions, and maintain a sterile, OSHA/HIPAA-compliant workspace.Technical Accuracy: Manage patient records and data entry with high attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnostic reporting.Collaboration: Work closely with our Radiologists and front-office staff to provide a seamless, "patient-first" experience.What You'll Bring:Education: Graduate of an accredited imaging technology program.Certification: Current ARRT registration.Licensure: Must hold a valid Maryland state license (or be eligible to obtain one).Life Safety: BLS/CPR certification (required within 90 days of hire).Physical Ability: Must be able to assist with lifting and positioning patients as needed.We offer a robust benefits package designed to support your life inside and outside of work, including:Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.401(k) with company matching.Generous PTO and Paid Holidays.HSA and Flexible Spending accounts.Life and Disability insurance.
