Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation

Schedule:
Days, 8 hours, Monday to Friday. Times are flexible as long as they are consistent and communicated.

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Long-Term Care or Rehabilitation experience
- Missouri State License
- New Graduates okay if Level II experience (not purely Level I observation)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and rehabilitate patients with physical function disorders and/or wound care using standardized assessments and evidence-based practices.
- Develop and implement appropriate plans of care following regulatory and clinical standards.
- Administer various rehabilitation procedures and assess patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients and their families regarding physical disorders.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all required information in the electronic documentation system.
- Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
- Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/ or students.

Compliance / Notes:
- Adhere to professional ethics and conduct according to APTA and state requirements.
- Participation in orientation and training sessions is required.
