Job Description Legal Assistant Our client based in Dallas, TX is seeking a Legal Assistant to provide temporary support on-site at a renowned Law Firm for a period of a few months. Responsibilities Offer temporary assistance to attorneys across various practice areas during maternity leave Draft, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence Maintain electronic and physical case files in an organized manner Coordinate attorney calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials Track deadlines and support workflow coordination Prepare and submit court documents, handle redactions, and conduct citation checks using e-filing systems Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorney review Provide document organization and general support to attorneys in the courtroom during hearings and trials Handle client communications and assist with administrative duties as required Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants; work as part of a team Requirements Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within a law firm setting Familiarity with litigation and/or transactional practice areas Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court rules Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software, particularly e-filing systems Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Immediate availability or ability to start within a few days of the interview Benefits and Features Paid Parking Mass Transit Subsidy Additional Information Frontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
