The CNA will help prepare patients for appointments and procedures while maintaining a safe, organized, and compassionate environment. Key ResponsibilitiesObtain and document vital signs, medical history, medication and allergy information, and reason for visit.Prepare patients for examinations and procedures and communicate relevant information to providers.Assist with office procedures, including preparing procedure trays and maintaining sterile technique.Collect and process specimens in accordance with OSHA and CLIA/COLA standards.Communicate with patients by phone, including triaging calls and completing telephone encounters.Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.Assist with inventory management, medical supplies, and equipment maintenance.Provide patients with information regarding physician orders and procedures.Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment.Collaborate effectively with providers and clinical staff and assist with training new employees.Transport patients and equipment as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications RequiredSuccessful completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalentBLS certificationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of medical terminology and office practicesDependable, punctual, and consistent attendanceAbility to maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and coworkersAbility to pass a pre-employment nursing assistant skills assessmentPreferredHigh school diplomaPrevious hospital or healthcare experienceExperience with Microsoft Office or similar softwareExperience working in an outpatient or specialty healthcare settingBenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife & AD&D InsuranceShort-Term Disability InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Company-Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement PlanBonusly Employee Rewards & RecognitionDailyPay - On-Demand Pay AccessJoin Our Team If you're a CNA looking for a rewarding opportunity to support patients while working with a collaborative clinical team, we'd love to hear from you.
