The role We're hiring an Event Producer to deliver live experiences for our clients. You'll start as a core producer on a national activation program running several events a week across the US. You'll also produce other Mettle projects, from fan experiences to corporate summits. Much of the work is remote coordination across markets, with travel for events as needed. What you'll do Intake and venue advance: Take in each new event and lock the venue details, including space, hours, load-in and load-out windows, building logistics, and COI requirements. Vendors and orders: Find, book, and manage local vendors in each market, including F&B, staffing, rentals, AV, print, and fabrication. Track every order, shipment, and COI until it lands. Pre-production: Lead pre-pro calls with venues, clients, and on-site leads to close open items, then send each on-site lead a final run sheet and training. Event day and close-out: Oversee load-in through load-out so each event runs to plan, then debrief, reconcile invoices, and finalize the budget. Across Mettle: Support production on the studio's other projects, and help sharpen our playbooks and vendor network as we grow. What you bring 3+ years producing experiential, brand activation, or corporate events, ideally in multiple markets at once A problem-solving attitude and comfort working directly with clients Experience managing vendors in cities you don't live in Working knowledge of COIs, venue requirements, and freight logistics Calm, clear communication when plans change Ability to travel for events as needed Experience producing touring activations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
