AI Product Manager

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an AI Product Manager to join a large-scale AI transformation initiative. This individual will lead one or more AI product pods focused on identifying business opportunities, developing AI-powered solutions, and driving adoption across the organization.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data teams, and AI specialists to identify high-value use cases, build prototypes, define product roadmaps, and deliver AI solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience launching new products or capabilities in ambiguous environments, enjoys working with emerging technologies, and can balance strategy with execution. This person will help shape the organization's AI vision while driving day-to-day delivery of AI products, agents, and automation initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience

Experience owning products from concept through launch and adoption

Experience supporting AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, or intelligent workflow initiatives

Strong ability to gather requirements and identify business process improvement opportunities

Experience building and managing product roadmaps

Experience working within Agile product environments

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with limited structure

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Experience partnering with software engineering teams to deliver technical products

Proven ability to move quickly from idea, to prototype, to production Experience building AI agents, copilots, virtual assistants, or automation solutions

Experience with LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, or agentic AI concepts

Experience with product experimentation, rapid prototyping, and MVP development

Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices and software delivery pipelines

Experience working with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms

Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation programs

Technical background in software development, data, or machine learning

Experience scaling AI solutions across multiple business functions
