About the Role We're looking for a high-energy, people-loving Shift Leader/Key Holder (Must be at least 18 years old and available to work 3-5 days, including nights and weekends) to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You'll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors. What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and support our scoop squad
- Delivering amazing customer service
- Manage shifts (opening or closing) and daily operations
- Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- Weekend/evening availability
- Hourly rates from $16- $19/hour

- Carry up to 50lbs
- Stand and walk on a hard surface for 5-8 hours per day
- Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory
- Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
