Caregiver - Dwight, IllinoisJoin our team of dedicated caregivers at Flawless Family Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical home care in Central Illinois. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enabling older adults and individuals with disabilities to live safely and independently in their own homes.We are seeking dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for seniors and adults with disabilities in Dwight and surrounding communities. Current assignments include consistent 12:00 PM–8:00 PM and 5:00 PM–9:00 PM shifts. Full-time and part-time schedules are available for caregivers who can consistently work afternoon and evening hours.Responsibilities:• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene • Assist with toileting and incontinence care • Assist with transfers, walking, and mobility • Prepare meals and assist clients with dinner • Help clients complete evening and bedtime routines • Provide companionship, conversation, reassurance, and supervision • Perform light housekeeping and laundry • Provide medication reminders • Observe and report changes in the client's condition • Complete accurate visit documentation using the AxisCare mobile application • Follow each client's individualized service plan and safety instructions • Communicate concerns, incidents, and schedule issues promptly to the officeQualifications:• At least 18 years old • Dependable and able to maintain an agreed-upon schedule • Comfortable providing hands-on personal care • Available for afternoon and evening assignments • Available on both Saturday and Sunday during an assigned every-other-weekend rotation • Valid driver's license • Reliable transportation • Current automobile insurance • Willing to travel approximately 15–20 miles for client assignments • Smartphone with reliable internet access for scheduling and documentation • Able to complete required background screening, orientation, training, and competency requirements • Able to perform the position's essential functions with or without reasonable accommodationBenefits:• Starting pay of $17.00–$18.00 per hour based on verified qualifying experience • Paid training • Paid travel time between consecutive client visits • Mileage reimbursement between consecutive client visits • Opportunities to earn bonuses for select urgent and last-minute coverage shifts • Performance and attendance-based pay review opportunities during the first year • 401(k) retirement plan for eligible employees • Tapcheck earned-wage access • Ongoing education and professional development • Employee recognition programs • Career advancement opportunities • Support from a local office teamFlawless Family Home Care is an Illinois-licensed home services agency that has earned national recognition through Activated Insights, including Provider of Choice, Employer of Choice, and Leader in Experience.
