Position Summary

The Vice President of Sales – Automotive Vertical will lead business growth initiatives across the automotive and mobility markets by developing strategic customer relationships, expanding key accounts, and driving new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, EV manufacturers, and emerging mobility companies.

This executive leader will develop and execute the automotive sales strategy, grow market presence, build strong customer partnerships, and collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to provide innovative technical solutions that support customer objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background selling engineering services, technical consulting, or product development solutions within the automotive industry, along with established relationships and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automotive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology companies.
• Identify new business opportunities within vehicle development, EV, autonomous driving, software-defined vehicles, and mobility solutions.
• Manage strategic accounts, sales pipelines, forecasting, proposals, negotiations, and customer engagements.
• Lead and mentor sales teams while establishing effective sales processes and growth strategies.
• Partner with engineering, delivery, operations, and executive leadership teams to align customer needs with business capabilities.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
• Provide market insights to support business strategy and service development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management within automotive, engineering services, or technical consulting.
• Proven success selling engineering services, outsourced product development, or technical solutions.
• Established relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and mobility technology companies.
• Strong experience managing enterprise-level sales engagements and complex customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to build sales strategies, grow revenue, and scale teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with automotive organizations such as Ford, General Motors, Stellantis, Toyota, or Volvo.
• Background within an engineering services, consulting, or technology solutions company.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of automotive engineering disciplines, including EV technologies, vehicle development, embedded systems, manufacturing, and validation.
