Job Summary: Provide essential support in delivering healthcare and patient management within a clinical setting. Responsibilities adapt daily to meet the evolving needs of the practice.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Follow established standards and guidelines to ensure quality care.
• Manage patient interactions efficiently throughout visits, including updating and maintaining accurate medical records. Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and medical histories, and communicate abnormal findings to physicians.
• Support physicians during testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams. Assist with applying splints, dressings, and administering medications under supervision. Coordinate patient referrals, testing, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain logs as prescribed. Provide patient education and ensure understanding of treatment plans and medication usage.

Education and Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
