ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What You'll Do Supervise a group of youth in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of students while maintaining program expectations. Conduct routine room checks and monitor student activities throughout your shift. Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, recreation, bedtime, and morning wake-up. Build positive relationships by serving as a mentor and role model. Respond calmly and professionally to challenging behaviors using appropriate de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with your team to provide consistent care and support for each student. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, and TB test.
