Introduction

This position involves managing the yearly technology Enterprise Initiative Planning (EIP) process alongside business partners. The role requires coordinating financial portfolio work leading up to and through the Enterprise submission on behalf of the Line Of Business portfolios. The candidate will also handle in-year financial governance and portfolio maintenance, ensuring monthly balancing of the LOB initiative portfolios.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience from Portfolio Management
Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira)
Financial and business acumen with preferred experience from bank/technology organizations
Ability to balance multiple and competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
Proficient/well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Proven analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills; courage to challenge the status quo
Detail-oriented to ensure all issues are researched to closure
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate the financial portfolio work leading up to and through the Enterprise submission
Execute change controls on projects and programs on behalf of the LOB
Support LOBs with Enterprise QBR reporting and financial variance commentary
Drive improvements within monthly closing activities and document internal routines and processes
Create a coherent approach to guide effective communication with stakeholders
Drive financial oversight, execution, and control of the Initiative portfolio
