Senior IT Manager – Spectrum Location: Charlotte, NCSalary: $148,000 - $158,000 annually (approx) Eligibility This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Responsibilities Oversee multiple and/or large departments within IT Build and implement IT plans according to the IT and corporate strategy Manage the maintenance and enhancement of hardware and software systems that support field business applications and local area networks/wide area networks (LAN/WAN) for employees Ensure uninterrupted IT network support by setting and communicating maximum performance standards to employees Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies and procedures Accountable for respective budgets Working Conditions Office environment Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience Experience: 7+ years IT work experience 5+ years leadership experience 2+ years project management experience Skills: Ability to read, write and speak the English language Basic computer skills, with proficiency with Word and Excel Ability to recruit, motivate, develop and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job; experience leading others and providingInstitutative feedback Knowledge of computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures and techniques Demonstrated knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area Display a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently A team player with the ability to enable changes in the business processes and ability to work cooperatively with all groups is essential Demonstrated ability to meet rigorous deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Demonstrated work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Proven knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area Preferred Qualifications Experience: 3 years experience in Avaya suite of applications like AEP, Communication Manager and Swampfox Integrated customer experience / Outbound Call Manager 3 years or more experience in Cyara tool with scripting and execution 2+ years of experience working in Kore AI on Conversational IVR Benefits & Career Development Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they’re building careers.
