Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients as a part-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Chula Vista, California. This opportunity is designed for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who believes exceptional primary care goes beyond treating symptoms and focuses on understanding the whole person.

Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $119,313-$178,968
• Medical education coverage, including 2 weeks of CME leave and a $2,500 stipend

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner Board Certification with a background in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Current, valid, and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license
• Valid DEA number
• Spanish/English bilingual proficiency is required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of primary care experience
• Minimum of 2 years of case management experience, with an emphasis on health prevention and population health management
• Experience working within a team-based care model
• Experience using electronic medical record systems
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Documentation of a negative TB test completed within the 12 months prior to the start date
