Excelcare at Dover is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) that plays a key leadership role in supporting the Director of Nursing and ensuring the highest quality of care within our skilled nursing facility. The ADON helps oversee daily clinical operations, supports nursing staff, assists in staff development, promotes regulatory compliance, and fosters a positive, team-oriented environment.
