Physician Assistant, PD, Head and Neck Surgery - Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center

Job Description Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Head & Neck surgery team at the Leonard B. Kahn Institute for Head & Neck Cancer, located at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center. This position requires the PA to work two days per week, with additional shifts possible depending on department needs. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient care in a renowned medical center. Training or experience in head and neck surgery is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Preferred qualifications include experience as an OR First Assist and familiarity with surgical inpatient care. In addition to clinical and technical proficiency, strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities are essential. The PA will work in a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.
