Physician Assistant, CV Surgery - Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center

Job Overview Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non‑profit healthcare networks, is seeking a full‑time Physician Assistant (PA) to join the nationally recognized Cardiac Surgery team at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center. This role will serve as first assist in the operating room and provide expert post‑operative cardiac surgery care. Proficiency in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting, Open Radial Artery Harvesting, and Femoral Vessel Exposure are a plus, as are skills in central/arterial line placement, chest tube insertion, and suturing. Responsibilities The Physician Assistant will be the first assistant in the operating room and will provide comprehensive care to post‑operative cardiac surgery patients. The role includes central and arterial line placement, chest tube insertion, suturing, and any additional procedures as directed by attending surgeons.
