Great pay and benefits!Pay rate - $20.00 per hourShift - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.Summary of RoleThe Shipping and Receiving Clerk handles incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting efficient project staging for the panel fabrication process.Key ResponsibilitiesUnload and receive materials via Small Package, LTL, and TL shipmentsMatch quantity and part numbers to packing lists and purchase ordersLocate material to project staging cart and check off of BOMDate stamp and initial packing list for transfer to AdminProcess staging cart paperwork for setupAppropriately pack materials for shipping with weight and dimensionsRequest Bills of Lading (BOL) from Admin and provide appropriate informationMatch shipping documents to package for pickupSkills & ProficienciesMaterial handling and shipping/receiving proceduresInventory managementDocument processing and recordkeepingOrganizational skillsAttention to detailBasic computer skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a team environmentMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferredAbility to read and understand packing lists, BOMs, and shipping documentsBasic computer proficiencyAbility to operate material handling equipmentPhysical ability to handle packages and materials safelyMust be able to work both independently and as part of a teamLanguage Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
