Hospitality Area Lead

Hospitality Team Lead Position $15-$18/hr based upon availability. As the Hospitality Team Lead, you will support and lead the Front of House team in executing top tier hospitality to our Guests. The Hospitality Team Leader will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience while assisting in Front of House operations, strategically positioned on Front Counter or in Dining Room during their shifts to ensure complete operational focus on hospitality. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. You will also be responsible for owning business results in Hospitality. Successful Team Leads will conduct themselves in a positive attitude, are coachable, and have a truthful character going above and beyond for their fellow Team Members and guests.
