Kitchen Manager – Scratch Kitchen | $70K–$75K + Dynamite Bonus Plan | Spartanburg, SC

Position Highlights:

Lead BOH operations in a scratch kitchen
Ensure consistent food quality and kitchen efficiency
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Maintain inventory, safety, and sanitation standards
Partner with FOH leadership to deliver a top-tier guest experience

About You:

2+ years of kitchen management experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for fresh, made-from-scratch food
Ability to thrive in a hands-on, high-energy kitchen
Committed to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
