We offer:Competitive salaryHealth benefits for full and part-time team members (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Long/Short-Term Disability)Paid Time Off from day one and Holiday Pay401(k) with company matching contributionsProfessional development, tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training programs to help you grow and thriveDailyPay option, telehealth services, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)A supportive, team-oriented environment that values excellence in care and encourages staff to lead with compassionIn This Role You Will:Provide leadership, coaching, and support to RNs, LPNs, QMAs, and CNAs.Deliver and oversee high-quality, resident-centered nursing care.Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional outcomes.Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.Promote compliance with state, federal, and BHI Senior Living policies and standards.Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while maximizing staffing resources.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee scheduling requests, changes, and staffing concerns.Communicate with department leaders, supervisors, and nursing staff to resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.Adjust staffing based on resident census, call-offs, acuity, and operational needs.Prepare and post employee schedules in accordance with departmental timelines while ensuring consistency and fairness.Monitor attendance, punctuality, overtime, and staffing trends, communicating concerns to leadership as appropriate.Ensure overtime, shift differentials, bonus pay, PTO, bereavement leave, jury duty, and department transfers are accurately documented on employee schedules and timecards.Assist with Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) reporting and other staffing-related reporting as needed.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement.Shift Details: Typically M-F, On-call rotation, Weekends if neededWho You Are:Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.Current, unrestricted Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.CPR certified.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.Comfortable balancing clinical leadership with scheduling and operational responsibilities.Proficient with computers and willing to learn PointClickCare and scheduling software.Previous supervisory experience in long-term care or senior living is preferred.Experience with workforce scheduling, payroll, or timekeeping systems is preferred.Knowledge of PBJ reporting is a plus.Four Seasons is an equal opportunity employer.
