You will lead team culture, guest experience, daily store execution, visual presentation, local store excitement, and operational flow while helping shape the atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

What This Role Owns

As Guest Experience & Operations Leader, you will be the daily momentum behind the store by leading:

• Outstanding guest interactions and elevated customer service
• Team coaching, motivation, accountability, and positive culture
• Smooth daily opening, closing, staffing, and operational flow
• Beautiful merchandising, cleanliness, and polished presentation
• Seasonal promotions, in-store events, and community partnerships
• Product quality standards across chocolates, ice cream, fudge, caramel apples, and gifts
• Inventory organization, ordering awareness, and production readiness
• Sales growth through suggestive selling, team engagement, and guest connection
• Hiring participation, onboarding, and developing reliable team members
