Golden Valley Paving is growing, and we are seeking a driven, experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who can confidently speak to commercial and industrial clients , and is motivated to win projects and build a strong book of business .

What You’ll Do

• Identify, pursue, and close projects

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building

• Conduct site visits , assess project scope, and collaborate on accurate estimates

• Present proposals and confidently communicate project value, timelines, and pricing

• Build long-term relationships with property managers, general contractors, and business owners

• Manage pipeline and follow-ups to consistently close deals and hit revenue targets

• Stay knowledgeable on materials, pricing trends, and industry standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience

• Strong understanding of commercial project cycles and bidding processes

• Ability to walk job sites and assess project opportunities

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong work ethic

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field + office environment
