As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:30 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 10:00 AM - 04:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards to site leadership and/or appropriate emergency services. Document incidents, patrol activities, and other security-related observations in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
