The facility utilizes unique equipment during the manufacturing process, demanding a highly skilled Maintenance Department for safe, efficient, and reliable equipment operation. To meet these demands, our team is composed of multi-disciplinary individuals that possess the abilities to design, install, maintain and troubleshoot anything from pneumatic systems to electrical and computer control systems.Rotating Shift Structure:4-on/4-off rotation equates to 6-months off every year!Rotating day/night shift every 2 months12-hour shifts: 6:00AM - 6:00PM / 6:00PM – 6:00AMWhat You Will DoPerform preventative/corrective maintenance on all facility and process related equipment to include make-up air units (MAU), natural gas fired generators, oil/water separators, cooling water towers, vacuum pumps, air compressors, variable frequency drives, boilers, steam systems, and associated equipmentAnalyze and repair all malfunctioning equipment or systems i.e., Mechanical, Pneumatic and Electro-mechanicalAdhere to all engineering instruction, standard operation procedures, and all departmental proceduresObserve and follow environmental, health and safety procedures.Positively represent Collins Aerospace's company vision and support the management teamKnow, understand and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and consistently implementedBasic electrical troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with Distributive Control SystemsMaintain accurate maintenance records utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Follow written and verbal instructionsPerform water treatment analysis and take corrective actionEnsure a clean and organized work area is maintainedOperate the following equipment and tools:Forklift3-ton and 5-ton CranesHand toolsPower toolsDigital MultimeterPrecision alignment toolsQualifications You Must HaveHS Diploma.
