Responsibilities Execute precise order picking and staging to ensure timely fulfillment of customer shipments. Operate industrial equipment, including forklifts, to safely transport and organize goods throughout the facility. Perform comprehensive inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and ERP system updates, to maintain stock accuracy. Prepare shipments by packaging, palletizing, and labeling items according to international and carrier-specific regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and customer service, to resolve logistics challenges and meet business objectives. Maintain a high standard of workplace safety and operational compliance in all daily activities. Replenish production supply areas to ensure continuous workflow and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Proven ability to operate or quickly learn to operate forklift equipment. Proficiency with basic computer systems and digital inventory tracking tools. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Preferred Skills Prior certification and hands-on experience with counterbalance, reach trucks, or stock pickers. Working knowledge of ERP or WMS software platforms. Demonstrated experience in shipping, receiving, and complex inventory control procedures. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
