Collections Specialist

Collections Specialist Location: Memphis, TN (100% in office) Type: Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to manage business-to-business accounts and drive timely payment of outstanding invoices. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring effective collections, reducing aging, and improving cash flow. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and experience handling high-volume receivables in a professional B2B environment.
