Registered Nurse - Post Partum

Overview The Post Partum Nurse provides care for mothers after childbirth. They monitor hemorrhage and promote lactation in couplet care. The ideal candidate will have expertise in postpartum and newborn care, with experience in postpartum units. Key Responsibilities Monitor postpartum mothers and newborns. Administer medications and treatments. Educate families on newborn care and breastfeeding. Document care in EHR systems like Epic. Collaborate with obstetric teams. Manage inventory of postpartum supplies. This role is essential for postpartum recovery.
