- Active Registered Nurse license
- Experience in postpartum or mother-baby care
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Assess and plan direct clinical care for assigned patients
- Implement care plans and provide nursing interventions
- Supervise and delegate appropriate care to clinical staff
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in managing nursing care quality and safety
- Manage resources effectively related to patient care
