Handyman Apprentice / Helper Company: Ace Handyman Services Sandhills

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $17.00$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

As a Handyman Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced craftsmen while learning a wide variety of home repair and improvement skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, and flooring projects
• Help install doors, windows, fixtures, shelving, and hardware
• Load and unload tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Learn basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Pick up materials from local suppliers when needed
• Deliver excellent customer service in customers' homes
• Assist with daily cleanup and truck organization

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and dependable
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working on ladders
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic experience using hand tools preferred
• Construction, maintenance, landscaping, or mechanical experience is a plusbut not required
