Atlantic Health is Seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner for Assisted Living and Home Visits
Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Assisted Living and Home Visit Team located near Union, New Jersey. The Nurse Practitioner will visit patients who are 65 years or older in their homes and assisted living facilities for primary care visits in Union County area. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the geriatric community.
The Nurse Practitioner is supported by physicians and resident physicians in a well-established practice. This position is part-time, 15-hours per week. There is no weekend requirement, or call duties. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a practicing nurse practitioner in internal medicine/geriatric medicine and have a passion for caring for the geriatric population.

- Master's degree
- Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing NP required
- Primary Care/Geriatric experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
