Labor & Employment Associate — PAGA & Wage/Hour Litigator

We are looking for a mid-level associate (approx. 3-7 years) to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group in Orange County and Los Angeles. We are looking for someone with 2+ years relevant management side defense experience. The candidate must be currently licensed to practice law in Californiaand have at least 3+ years of solid experience in employment litigation, including PAGA and wage/hour class actions.Experience with daily advice and counsel concerning employment – related matters is preferred, but not required. When litigation ensues, our attorneys are quick to respond and tailor an aggressive plan as needed to defend actions, including up to and through trial. We work with business management to ensureworkplace compliance and an immediate response when conflict arises. We provide advice and counsel to business and defend employers from lawsuits. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range will depend on candidate’s years of practice and relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this position is eligible for annual performance bonuses based on productivity.
