HR Coordinator Rowlett, TX $22-$25/hour DOE Snelling Staffing is seeking an HR Coordinator for a growing manufacturing client with facilities in Rowlett and Bonham, TX. Mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed. About the Role As the primary HR presence at the Rowlett facility, you'll partner closely with the HR Director to support employees, coordinate recruiting and onboarding efforts, and help build HR processes that will support future growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping create a positive employee experience. You'll have the opportunity to contribute beyond day-to-day administration and play a key role in shaping HR practices as the organization continues to expand. What You'll Do * Manage employee files, HR records, compliance documentation, and workplace postings. * Support benefits administration and day-to-day HR operations. * Coordinate temporary workforce activities, including onboarding, tracking, and temp-to-hire conversions. * Facilitate new hire onboarding, including employment paperwork, I-9 verification, orientation, and follow-up check-ins. * Assist with recruiting efforts by posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews. * Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors. * Help develop and document HR procedures and best practices as the HR function continues to evolve. * Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. What We're Looking For * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. * At least 1 year of HR, administrative, or office support experience. * Manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience is a plus. * Familiarity working with staffing agencies is highly preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment. * Comfortable working in an evolving environment where flexibility and initiative are valued. * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
