About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading the finance function and supporting the accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing strategic insights, and decision support. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have around 10 years' experience in strategic finance, with a preference for those who have worked in a startup environment. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing finance and accounting functions, and while a CPA is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement.
