Public Relations Director

To support a growing team, the remote Associate Director will manage senior-level account planning and supervision across key clients in the financial services, fintech, insurtech, and proptech sectors while leading media programs and providing strategic counsel. Key responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of media programs for 4-6 designated clients, serving as the primary client contact Develop and implement media relations strategies, setting short- and long-term goals for client visibility across various media platforms Mentor staff, oversee daily media pitching, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and media results Required qualifications: 8-12 years of relevant experience in public relations within B2B fintech, financial services, proptech, or insurtech Extensive client service experience with established relationships in higher-level media Strong intellectual curiosity about business growth and the role of communications Enthusiasm for the fintech and financial services industries Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
