Machine Maintenance Technician 1st Shift

Job Title

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, including belts, chains, and electrical systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, 480V/120V electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repair
Read and interpret mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics
Maintain accurate CMMS records of maintenance activities
Communicate effectively with production teams and maintenance leadership
Research and order parts as needed
Follow all safety protocols and company policies (OSHA, USDA, GMP, HAACP)

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge (required)
Electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC experience preferred
Welding and stainless steel fabrication (preferred)
Basic computer literacy (Windows OS, CMMS systems)
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Must be available for overnight 3rd shift work
