The Team Leader will be responsible for the team maintaining an accurate inventory and supporting all production teams in a timely manner to eliminate downtime in the production teams. Responsibilities and essential functions include unloading various trucks of raw materials, receiving materials in a timely accurate manner, ensuring all inventory is put away in racks and properly located by end of each workday, maintaining accurate inventory transactions as materials are being pulled, ensuring that required cycle counts are completed daily and helping in the investigation of any variances, maintaining clean work area, maintaining clean pack-out areas in the manufacturing cells, scheduling overtime as required to meet customer needs, initiating and supporting improvement projects from engineering groups and Correction Action Program, following and enforcing company policies consistently.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. LCI issued Forklift Operators License. Competencies include attendance, cycle count variance meeting or exceeding division goal, location audits, 100% housekeeping, customer service feedback from drivers and plants, plant specific reward programs, and LCI core values.

This is a full-time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.
